Rules and general conditions of the Ultima Spiaggia Camping Village
–Campersmust hand in their identity documents on arrival for registration;
–Visitors are not admittedunless allowed by the Management. If they are admitted they will have to hand in their identity documents, pay the relative amount and leave the camping site before midnight;
–From 1 o’clock pm to 4 o’clock pm and after midnightno noises that could disturb campers resting can be made;
–It is forbidden to drive around in cars, motorbikes, etc.inside the camping site except for loading and unloading operations. Means of transport will have to stop only in the appropriate spaces in the parking lot, the management does not take responsibility for damages, break-ins and theft even if perpetrated inside the camping site;
–Each camper must take care of his own personal belongings. The management does not take resposibility for loss or theft of valuables that weren’t given into the management’s custody beforehand;
–It is severely forbidden to damageplants and equipment belonging to the camping resort and to light fires;
–the use of complementary sports-recreational equipmentis at the risk of the campers themselves;
–Paper and rubbishmust be thrown away in the proper recycling bins;
–The use of bathroom facilities is forbidden to children if not accompaniedby adults. The management does not take any responsibility for possible accidents;
–Admission to the camping resort entails acceptance and full observance of the present rulesthat can be integrated, on the side, by added norms that the management may think right in order to make the camping work better. The management can, after verbal notification, terminate the contract in any moment if the subscriber (his guests or family members) do not respect the internal rules of the camping resort;
–It is mandatory to hang the number received on arrival in a visible manner on the outside of the tent, camper or Rv ;
–Only animals with regular vaccine certificatesmuzzle and kept on a leash, are admitted. It is severely forbidden to take dogs for a walk on the beach. Owners must have the proper equipment to clean up after their pets;
–Linen and kitchen waremust be washed only in the specific sinks;
–Washing the car is forbiddeninside the camping village;
–It is forbidden to use fire extinguishing equipmentunless it’s an emergency;
–It is absolutely forbidden to tamper with or modify the electricity outlet columns. The panalty is immediate expulsion from the village;
–Telephone messagesare not delivered in person (except in very rare cases), but are displayed on a specific noticeboard near the Management office. The use of the phone at the reception is forbidden to receive calls;
–The assignment of housing unitsand pitches is decided incontrovertibly by the Management;
–During your stayat the village, you must wear your identification “pass” (bracelet);
–The bill must be requestedbefore midday the day before departure and paid before 11 o’clock am on the day of departure;
–Pitches must be left before middayon the day of departure. Otherwise one more day will be credited. It is forbidden to sub-let camping pitches and transfer a contract for whatever reason;
Access to the swimming pools is forbidden from 1 o’clock pm to 4 o’clock pm and from 8 o’clock pm to 9 o’clock am;
–The swimming pools have their own rules that must be scrupolously observed and are displayed at the pools.
–Bookings are effectiveonly after having received confirmation from our booking office and after the payment of the requested amounts has come through successfully.
Possible cancellations must always be handed in in writing by the title holder of the booking. In case of cancellation, the policies for cancellation forseen by the tariff plan associated with the booking in object, will be applied.
HOUSING STRUCTURES (mobile homes and lodge tents):
Each guest will personally take care of daily cleaning and tidying up of his/her environment. The mandatory amount for the final cleaning are at the client’s expence. The housing structures must be delivered at 5 oclock pm on the day of arrival and left before 10 o’clock am on the day of departure. A deposit must be paid upon arrival. It will be reimbursed after the necessary checks before departure.
CAMPING NOTES:
Tent, camper and RV pitches must be left before midday on the day of departure (the date of arrival makes no difference).
Club membership card:
It is mandatory from the 9th June to the 7th September for the first seven days of stay. From the 8th day of continued stay onwards, the membership card is free.
– For children from 1 to 4 years of age it is free;
– Children from 5 to 11 years of age pay 2.50€ a day;
– Adults (more than 11 years old) pay 3.00€ a day.
The club membership card includes, among other services: discoteque, five-a-side-football. dancing lessons, hydromassage path and the swimming pools.
Camp beds: on request at booking for 3.00€ a day
Visitors from 1 to 5 years of age: 4.50€ from the 27th April to the 31st May, 5.50€ from the 1st June to the 22nd June, 7.00€ from the 23rd June to the 6th July, 8.00€ from the 7th July to the 31st July, 8,50€ from the 1st August to the 20th August, 7,50€ from the 21st August to the 31st August, 5.50€ from the 1st September to the 7th September, 4.50€ from the 8th September to the 7th October
Visitors: 8.00€ from the 27th April to the 31st May, 9.00€ from the 1st June to the 22nd June, 12.50€ from the 23rd June to the 6th July, 16.00€ from the 7th July to the 31st July, 18.00€ from the 1st August to the 20th August, 13,50€ from the 21st August to the 31st August, 9.00€ from the 1st September to the 7th September, 8.00€ from the 8th September to the 7th October
Important information on animals: Dogs are admitted only if they have a vaccination certificate, muzzle and if they are kept on a leash.
A beach for dogs is available a few hundred metres from the camping site.

PENALTY FOR CANCELLATION
Up to 60 days before the beginning of the stay 20% of the deposit will be taken
beyond 60 days before the beginning of the stay, the whole deposit will be taken
Once the stay has begun the whole period must be paid regardless of the stay.
